I’m Loukman. I build products. Product and design are one job to me, so the thinking and the pixels arrive together.

Half my work is with startups that already have momentum and need product thinking, not just screens. The other half is starting from zero with founders who know a field deeply, creators and operators turning hard-won expertise into something people can use.

Making things is easy now. Knowing what’s worth making is the rest of it, and taste is how you tell the difference.

I run Omakase, a tiny product design studio. In my free time I mess with my own ideas, like Frownie.
